Skeleton no. 4
Description
The burial, dated to the 1st c. B.C. – 1st c. A.D., was found during the 2015 season of the joint Armenian-Polish archaeological mission at Metsamor, Armenia. The grave was dug inside the stone debris of an earlier structure and contained the remains of a man laying on his right side with legs crouched. The only object found within the burial was a ring made of twisted bronze wire.
